Nutrition Mission

Our goal is to raise money to pay off outstanding elementary school lunch accounts.

We're doing our part to ensure every child receives a hot meal, no questions asked.

Taking Care of Unpaid Student Lunch Debt

A school lunch costs around $2.55. When a kid doesn't have enough money, many schools require cafeteria workers to take a kid's tray of hot food away and throw it in the trash. Children are then handed a cold cheese sandwich -- or they are forced to go hungry with no food at all.

In some cases, penniless kids are even forced to wear stamps, stickers or wristbands that mark them having unpaid lunch debt.

While the House and Senate introduced the Anti-Lunch Shaming Act of 2017, the bill hasn't gone anywhere.

Our goal is to raise money to pay off outstanding elementary school lunch accounts. A donation of only $2.55 can pay for a child's lunch.

We're doing our part to ensure every child receives a hot meal, no questions asked.

Make A Donation To A Child In Need

When you make a gift to our Nutrition Mission, you join us in our endeavor to put an end to the stigma children endure when denied food in the lunch line.

No child should be burdened with the shame of having to dump their lunch tray because of factors well-beyond their control.

You're awesome!
